FAQs - Subscription Orders

  • Why should I take a subscription?

    Every time you run out of your favourite Omay snacks, you need not come to our website to place an order over and over again. You can take a subscription for your regulars, and we will deliver them to you every month, hassle-free. Moreover, you will receive a discount on all your subscribed products on a regular basis.

  • What is ‘Subscribe and Save’?
    It is a monthly subscription wherein you receive your chosen set of snacks every 30 days from the date of subscription, without having to place an order manually. Payment will be auto-debited from your bank account at the time the subscription is due in the next month.

  • How can I add products to my subscription?

    To subscribe to a product, you need to open the product page and select the option ‘Subscribe and Save’. You can subscribe to as many products as you wish.

  • How will the payment be processed?

    You can pay via online payment options (Net Banking/ UPI/ Credit Card/ Debit Card or E-Wallets). There is no provision of Cash on Delivery for subscriptions at this time. Your account will automatically be debited on the date of subscription every month.

  • Will I be notified before the payment is debited?

    You will receive an Email, WhatsApp, and SMS on your registered contact details a few days prior to the renewal time.

  • When will I receive the order?

    Your order will be processed on the date of subscription every month and will be delivered to you in the next 4-5 days. You can sit back and relax! Our teams will themselves prepare your order and send the same to your address. PS: No questions asked :)

  • Can I pay for more than one month’s order at once?

    We have not started the "pay upfront" feature as of now. Payment will be auto-debited every month.

  • Can I order products except for the ones I have subscribed for?

    Yes, you can make other purchases anytime by directly placing an order on the website. You can also place “subscription products” and one-time purchases in the same order.

  • Can I use a discount code on the subscription order?

    No, you can not apply a discount coupon code on the subscription order since it already comes at a special discounted price. Although, if you are placing a one-time order along with the subscription, you can use the code on the one-time product, but not on the subscription.

  • What are the shipping charges on subscription orders?

    We offer Free Shipping for orders above Rs. 399 and for orders below that value, Rs. 25 will be charged.

  • What if I don’t need the order in a particular month?

    You can SKIP your subscription for the month(s) when you don’t want the order. You can resume it again to continue later. You can also reach out to our support team to do it for you.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account on our website.
