Are Omay Foods snacks really never fried?
Yes. Every Omay snack is roasted in salt, the traditional Rajasthani way — never deep fried. The salt is heated to a high temperature and used to cook the snack, giving it a natural crunch without any frying.
Do any products contain palm oil or preservatives?
No palm oil, and no preservatives, in any Omay product. A few products use a very small amount of edible groundnut oil as part of the seasoning process — this is listed in the ingredients on every pack, so you'll always know exactly what's inside.
What is the shelf life and how should I store them?
Shelf life varies by product — most Omay snacks stay fresh for 4 to 6 months from the date of manufacture, with the exact best-before date printed on every pack. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and once opened, reseal the pack or transfer to an airtight container to keep it fresh.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We ship from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered across India.
